Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service - Insurance Representative to join our team! You will service and sell State Farm insurance products to new and existing customers. This is an in-office position! This is a great opportunity to join an established State Farm agency serving the community for over 50 years. We are willing to train for right candidate!! Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​Qualifications: • Having a current P&C license (Pennsylvania) is a big plus!! • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company DescriptionProudly serving Canonsburg, Houston, McMurray and surrounding areas since 1974.
