Join Our Team at Staffing Partners Hawaii and work as a Call Center Rep in the Ala Moana area with one of our top clients! Position Available: Call Center/Data Entry Representatives Are you ready to make a difference in a dynamic call center environment? Staffing Partners Hawaii is seeking dedicated individuals to join our client's team in Honolulu. This role involves providing essential support to our call center operations, handling inquiries, and assisting with enrollment duties. Job Responsibilities: • Respond to inquiries from providers and members regarding medical benefits and health plans. • May assist with provider eligibility, membership card requests, and enrollment processes. • Monitor claims history to prevent processing issues. • Focus on specific lines of business to ensure efficient service delivery. • Support newly enrolled clients and facilitate enrollment procedures. • Other duties as needed Key Requirements: • Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but at least 6 months of RECENT OFFICE work is required. • Ability to multitask effectively using multiple screens and applications. • Comfortable handling high call volumes and stressful situations. • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Flexibility to work either of the following shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime, if needed. Client will set the hours so you must be available for both shifts. Additional Qualifications: • Familiarity with customer service roles in non-retail sectors such as banking, call center or claims processing. • Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule. • Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as required. Location and Benefits: • Conveniently located in Honolulu's Ala Moana area (accessible by bus).
