We’re on the lookout for dynamic individuals ready to make an impact in administrative operations. This opportunity is full-time on a contract to direct basis. What You Will Be Doing • Provide daily administrative support to office operations. • Create, order, and ship materials for product launch. • Conduct internal and external customer calls with professionalism and discretion. • Assist with general office tasks, including scheduling and documentation. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational success. What We Need From You To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills: • 1–2 years of administrative support experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong communication and time management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
