We are seeking a Client Success Engineer and a Client Success Architect — to join our growing team at the intersection of healthcare claims payor systems and AI/ML innovation. "We Help Hospitals and HealthCare providers spend more time with patients" These roles are critical in driving both pre‐sales solution design and post‐sales client success, ensuring our healthcare partners achieve maximum value from our technology and allowing them to spend more time on patient care. About the roles: • Partner with healthcare payor clients to design, implement, and optimize claims systems enhanced by AI/ML. • Lead technical discussions in pre‐sales engagements, shaping solutions that align with client needs. • Provide post‐sales engineering support, ensuring smooth deployment, adoption, and long‐term success. • Architect scalable solutions leveraging Python, AWS, and modern ML frameworks. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executives and technical teams. • Build lasting client relationships (internally and externally) through trust, responsiveness, and strategic guidance. Desired Experience: • Healthcare Claims Payor Systems-Software Applications expertise — deep understanding of workflows, compliance, and integrations. • AI/ML proficiency — hands‐on experience with Python, AWS, and ML model deployment. • Client relationship management — proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and technical teams. • Experience in both pre‐sales engineering (solution design, demos, proposals) and post‐sales success (implementation, support, optimization). • Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical depth with business impact. • Experience with HIPAA, FHIR, DICOM and/or related technologies, Data and UI. • 7+ years in client‐facing engineering or solution architecture roles.
