We are seeking a Director of Clinical & Operational Services to lead clinical operations, compliance, and staff development. Position Summary The Director oversees all hospice clinical operations, quality, compliance, EMR workflow, and staff development. Ensures adherence to CHAP, Medicare CoPs, and State of Michigan regulations. Key Responsibilities - Lead daily clinical operations and patient care services. - Oversee training and orientation of Patient Care Managers and staff. - Provide education on Enclara processes, DME, supplies, and pharmacy workflows. - Ensure clinical documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance. - Maintain survey readiness and lead plans of correction. - Lead QAPI initiatives and performance improvement efforts. - Train staff in MatrixCare EMR and Enclara workflows. - Improve CAHPS scores and patient experience outcomes. - Support executive directors, clinical leaders, and field staff. - Maintain Medicare and policy compliance agency-wide. - Complete timely documentation and reports. Qualifications - Current RN license in Michigan. - 3+ years hospice nursing management or QAPI leadership. - Strong working knowledge of CHAP standards, CoPs, LCDs.- Ability to train MatrixCare EMR and Enclara systems. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, active auto insurance.
