We’re looking for a dynamic, self-driven team member to help amplify our mission and grow our presence, online and on the ground. Job Description Social Media Management & Content Creation • Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and mission • Collaborate with partners, vendors, and speakers for cross-promotion and co-branded content • Monitor performance, track engagement, and respond to comments and messages Community Engagement & Vendor Outreach • Represent the Expo in the community by visiting local businesses and potential partners • Identify and approach new vendors, sponsors, and collaborators • Share our mission with excitement and professionalism, online and in person Event Operations and Production Support • Assist with planning and execution of events and partner activations • Support planning for the Expo including supply preparation, inventory tracking, and venue logistics • Coordinate communication and scheduling with vendors, speakers, and partners • Help prepare documents including timelines, run sheets, vendor assignments, and on site plans Operational Supply and Logistics Coordination • Prepare event materials including signage, badges, vendor kits, and other operational needs • Track supplies and equipment such as tables, chairs, power distribution, stage items, and merchandise • Coordinate incoming shipments, deliveries, and storage • Maintain simple tracking systems for inventory and vendor requirements What We Are Looking For • Strong social media skills and interest in current platform trends • Passion for women’s sports, health, and wellness • Clear communicator and confident in community outreach • Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple moving tasks • Independent and proactive, with attention to detail • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team as needs arise Requirements • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Able to work weekends or evenings for events (as needed) • Experience with Canva, Meta tools, or similar platforms is a plus • Background in marketing, communications, or health/sports industries is a bonus Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week Experience: • Social media marketing: 1 year (Required) • Social media strategy: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • Grand Rapids, MI 49548 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Grand Rapids, MI 49548
