What You’ll Do • Bring your existing book of business and introduce them to a dramatically better client experience • Build and grow new relationships in key verticals: legal, tech, healthcare, construction, agricultural, and others • Sell comprehensive branding solutions including promotional products, apparel, print, and company stores • Leverage spēks’ operations, design, and supplier network to deliver creative, high-quality solutions your clients will love • Maintain ongoing client relationships with integrity, responsiveness, and genuine care What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) • Move 20% of your existing book of business to spēks • Establish 8 new client relationships • Build at least one company store opportunity • Integrate seamlessly into spēks’ cloud-based systems and workflows • Develop strong internal relationships with our design and production teams Who You Are • A seasoned industry pro with 3+ years experience in promotional products or print • Someone who already knows suppliers, timelines, pain points, and client expectations • Driven, self-managed, and deeply relationship-oriented • Creative and solution-focused • A person who values operational excellence and consistent client delivery • Someone who wants more margin, more support, and more upside than they’re getting today Compensation We build comp packages around the right candidate—salary + commission, commission-only, or hybrid.
