Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at Spine Institute of North America. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily business functions, enhance office productivity and contribute to a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities - Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to optimize office operations - Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making - Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and procedures - Monitor and maintain healthcare and safety protocols to safeguard patients and staff - Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of services provided, suggest and implement improvements - Oversee medical supply inventory and ensure all necessary equipment is readily available - Oversee daily operations of all department - Address patient inquiries, resolve issues and handle complaints in a compassionate and efficient manner - Acquire knowledge within each department to provide adequate coverage in the event of staffing shortages Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications for document creation, data management and communication. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated clerical experience with proficiency in data entry, filing systems, proofreading and document management. • Knowledge of office management practices including supply ordering, calendar coordination and record keeping. • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in administrative processes Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
