Requirements: What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of proven success in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry – or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience. • 5+ years of direct business development or sales experience in the EMS / contract manufacturing space. • Solid background in Medical Device or Life Sciences markets, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements. • Deep understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks and qualification processes for product transfer and production. • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills — able to influence and engage at all organizational levels. • Strong business acumen, with experience managing account P&Ls and shaping customer strategies for profitable growth. • Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling to complex, global customers. • Proficiency in business systems, CRM tools, and digital collaboration platforms. • A strategic, decisive mindset, with the ability to operate autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 (based on experience, education, and EMS industry expertise) • Annual Incentive Bonus: Based on company and individual performance • Comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and professional development opportunities Travel Requirements This is a remote U.S.-based position, with regular travel for customer meetings, plant visits, and industry events.
