Your responsibility is to guide them through their choices, answer their questions, and ensure they fully understand the programs available to support their families. Key Responsibilities Engage with members through scheduled phone or virtual consultations Lead benefit review appointments in a clear, professional manner Break down program details in simple, easy-to-understand language Accurately complete digital forms and required paperwork Provide follow-up communication to maintain strong relationships Every interaction you have helps families feel more secure about their coverage and their long-term financial well-being.
