A company is looking for a Market Analytics Product Advisor to provide product support and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Conduct training sessions for customers on product features and functionalities • Handle custom data requests and assist customers in identifying relevant use cases • Gather and provide Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to the product team for enhancements Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field • Experience in product support or customer service, preferably in market analytics • OEM experience in compiling data for analytics and insights • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data • Proficiency in analytics tools and data management
