Description: Title: Commercial Growth Manager Status: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Hybrid TN/ Remote Travel: 40% The Commercial Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in executing Southern Orthodontic Partners’ commercial growth strategy. This leader will be responsible for partnering with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive three high-impact enterprise initiatives: • Treatment Coordinator (TC) Standardization Program – implementing consistent, best-in-class TC processes to improve patient conversion, treatment acceptance, and experience. • Digital Treatment Transformation – collaborating to build and execute a playbook to accelerate the network’s transition from traditional bracket systems to modern digital modalities. • Doctor Growth Add Program – supporting the execution of the current strategy and partnering with the RDO to expand clinical capacity and drive revenue growth. Working closely with the CCO, Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs), Practice Managers (PMs) and TC’s, the Commercial Growth Manager ensures programs are adopted consistently and provides hands-on support to drive results at the practice level. Key Responsibilities: Program Execution & Enablement • Execute the day-to-day implementation and management of SOP’s TC Standardization, Digital Transformation and Doctor Growth Add initiatives. • Partner with RDOs and PMs to operationalize playbooks, performance dashboards, and field training. • Monitor progress and collect data to support reporting for executive leadership. • Identify and escalate/remove barriers to adoption in collaboration with Operations and Clinical teams. Field Partnership & Influence • Serve as the commercial liaison between the CCO and field teams, to ensure clarity and consistent execution. • Support practice-level leaders in understanding the “why” behind initiatives and connecting them to local growth goals. • Provide support to Clinical Leadership to ensure new doctor integration and digital treatment transitions are seamless, patient-centered, and profitable. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth-minded collaboration across regions. Analytics, Insights & Continuous Improvement • Use data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and best practices across practices and regions. • Create feedback loops from the field to inform program enhancements and refine strategies in real time. • Partner with Marketing and Finance to measure the ROI of commercial programs and prioritize high-impact initiatives. Key Success Factors: • Exceptional interpersonal skills (high EQ) • Ability to communicate effectively both 1-1 and in a group • Ability to diagnose root cause issues impacting Practice performance • Financial acumen to include P&L understanding and KPIs • Proven ability to influence at all levels • Adaptive to change and open to brainstorming new ideas to improve Practice performance Ideal Background: • 7+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare, dental/orthodontic, or consumer health environments. • Proven success in leading field-level growth initiatives, performance improvement programs, or commercial enablement. • Strong understanding of patient journey, sales conversion, and treatment adoption in healthcare services. • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and marketing teams. • Bachelor’s degree preferred
