We are a growing general contractor based in the Millersville area, and we're looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, brand storytelling, and turning construction projects into engaging, high-quality marketing materials. Position Overview You'll be responsible for managing and elevating our online presence across all social platforms. From editing project photos/videos to creating branded graphics and marketing materials, you'll help showcase our craftsmanship and strengthen our company's identity. What You'll Do • Plan, create, and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Edit photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects • Design engaging graphics, flyers, and promotional materials • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity • Track analytics and engagement to grow our audience • Collaborate with our team to document job sites and capture content • Assist with occasional website updates and marketing campaigns Requirements • Experience in social media management and content creation • Strong photo/video editing skills (mobile or desktop) • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines • Interest in home improvement, construction, or design is a plus • Ability to visit job sites for content What We're Looking For Someone creative, motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
