Front Office Receptionist South Coast Commercial – San Diego, CA Local Property Management Company Job Summary: South Coast Commercial is seeking a professional and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our property management team. This position is the first point of contact for clients, residents, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Customer Service • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. • Greet and assist walk-in clients, residents, and vendors. • Provide general information regarding company services and processes. Administrative Support & Data Entry • Perform accurate data entry into property management systems. • Maintain organized electronic and paper files. • Assist with preparing correspondence, notices, and internal documents. Vendor Coordination & Work Orders • Create, assign, and track work orders for maintenance requests. • Communicate with vendors to schedule repairs and confirm completion. • Follow up with residents and team members to ensure timely resolution. Billing & Office Support • Assist with light billing tasks, including entering invoices and processing payments. • Support property managers and office staff with general administrative needs. • Maintain office supplies and ensure the front office remains clean and organized. Qualifications: • 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred. • Strong phone and customer service skills. • Accurate and efficient data entry abilities. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment. • Professional appearance and communication.
