Soni is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical marketing and inside sales organization to hire an Inside Sales / Call Center Representative. This fully remote role focuses on conducting outbound calling campaigns, engaging healthcare professionals, and supporting branded pharmaceutical messaging. The ideal candidate is articulate, confident on the phone, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and able to learn clinical information quickly. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an ASAP start. Responsibilities: • Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical offices • Deliver approved, brand-specific product messaging with accuracy and professionalism • Manage and document all outreach activities within CRM systems • Generate and qualify leads; schedule follow-up calls as needed • Provide product information and support to prospective and existing contacts • Meet weekly/daily call activity and performance metrics • Prepare outreach and performance reports for internal management • Participate in coaching, quality reviews, and ongoing training sessions Requirements: • 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, customer engagement, or telemarketing • Strong verbal communication and phone presence • Ability to digest clinical or technical information and communicate it clearly • Comfort working with CRM tools and remote communication platforms • Reliable, organized, and able to manage high-volume outreach • Strong work ethic and ability to meet performance goals in a remote environment • Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience can substitute) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare sales support, or medical call center environments • Tele-detailing or experience presenting product information to healthcare professionals • Prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce • Quick-thinking, articulate, and highly polished communication skills Compensation: $18 - $20/ Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICNJ
