Soni is partnering with a nonprofit organization focused on community development and housing initiatives, who is seeking a temporary Financial Coordinator to support their Finance team. This entry-level role involves assisting with basic accounting, vendor and contractor management, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments. Qualifications: • Associate's degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or administrative support. • Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general financial processes. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: • Assist with invoice generation, processing, and tracking for vendors and services. • Support preparation of financial and project-related documentation for reporting purposes. • Help manage vendor and contractor payments, including invoice review and payment requests. • Track payment schedules and ensure timely processing of bills and property-related expenses. • Provide general administrative support to the Finance team as needed.
