Ideal candidates are highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in managing device-related activities within complex health systems. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary BioMed/CE liaison for project teams, vendors, CTS, operational leadership, and IS groups. • Identify priority medical devices, dependencies, and implementation requirements aligned to project timelines. • Drive strategy and execution plans for device deployment, including TRB assessments, Nuvolo updates, integrations, and operational support models. • Coordinate vendor activities from procurement through installation, including staging, logistics, and make-ready tasks. • Lead BioMed/CE budget planning and ongoing financial reviews. • Support cross-functional collaboration with construction, clinical workflows, and IS teams to ensure alignment. • Maintain project documentation, updates to reporting tools, and structured communication for stakeholders. • Develop repeatable processes and a playbook for BioMed/CE device implementations within larger construction or expansion projects. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of project management experience within healthcare environments. • Direct experience in BioMed/Clinical Engineering project work (required). • Strong background coordinating medical device integrations, clinical technologies, or hospital equipment implementations. • Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographic locations. • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex, fast-moving initiatives with minimal oversight. • Comfortable working in unstructured or evolving environments and building new processes.
