Our Entry Level Retail Team Members help clients throughout every stage of the outreach process and ensure that we are fitting their needs. In addition, they develop quality relationships with clients, making them feel inspired and confident while handling all customer concerns, objections, and complaints with the utmost professionalism and integrity. They also work closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services within sales demands. Responsibilities as an Entry Level Retail Team Members: • Confidently provide information to clients regarding sales promotions and company history • Increase product knowledge and improve sales knowledge through attending meetings with our department teams • Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for our brand and policies • Develop authentic relationships with the brand’s prospective consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience • Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability • Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue • Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events What Do We Look For in an Entry Level Retail Team Member? • Someone with experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or retail • Someone who operates with a high degree of ethics and integrity • Someone who can work successfully as part of a team and independently • Someone who is eager to learn and make a difference • Someone who can overturn objections and has a proven track record of closing sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month Work Location: In person
