At SMX Communications, we’re expanding our Verizon wireless and telecom campaign and hiring Verizon Customer Service Representatives who are hungry to grow, excited to learn, and ready to build a real career in sales, customer engagement, and telecommunications. What You’ll Do as a Verizon Customer Service Representative • Engage directly with customers in residential areas, events, and public spaces to promote Verizon wireless and telecom services • Assist customers during the enrollment and sales process, explaining wireless, internet, and phone plan options • Answer customer questions, handle concerns, and guide customers toward the best Verizon solution • Close sales confidently by using strong communication, customer service skills, and product knowledge • Keep accurate customer account details, sales activity records, and enrollment updates • Stay knowledgeable on Verizon promotions, wireless technology, telecom trends, and new product updates • Work with other Sales Associates to improve sales strategy, share leads, and maximize team performance • Provide helpful feedback to management on customer trends, objections, and sales opportunities You’re a Great Fit for the Verizon Customer Service Representative Role If You: • Have strong communication skills and enjoy talking with customers • Are goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by performance-based sales • Want a career in telecom, wireless sales, customer service, or account management • Are confident working face-to-face with customers in a fast-moving sales environment • Have experience in customer service, sales, or retail (helpful but not required) • Are reliable, energetic, and eager to grow into leadership or sales management • Hold a high school diploma or GED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
