Job Details Job Location: Remote - Newport Beach, CA Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $70000.00 - $80000.00 Salary/year Description About Smart Circle International: Smart Circle International is a leading broker of outsourced sales and customer acquisition services. We help clients and independently owned and operated sales companies grow together through versatile in-person marketing and sales campaigns inside retailers, businesses and through door-to-door canvassing. We have corporate offices in Newport Beach and Toronto. About the position: The Territory Market Manager (TMM) plays a critical role in managing and nurturing Smart Circle’s business relationships within designated retail territories across all SCI campaigns. This position serves as the primary liaison between Smart Circle and local/regional retail management, AT&T and DSI regional teams (specific to the AT&T EDM program), and occasionally corporate buyers, depending on the campaign. The TMM is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of in-store campaigns by supporting Independent Corporate Distributor (ICD) Owners, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staffing updates, addressing concerns from retail managers and customers, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with local and regional retail partners, AT&T/DSI regional teams, and ICD Owners Monitor and support the execution of SCI campaigns within retail locations, ensuring alignment with program goals and standards Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues raised by retail managers, customers, and ICD Owners. Navigate concerns through appropriate resolution channels efficiently and professionally Provide timely updates to retailers regarding staffing and field performance. Gather and relay business insights and field intelligence to Smart Circle senior management and corporate partners Offer ongoing support to ICD Owners to enhance program performance and ensure compliance with campaign expectations Be accessible for inbound calls during retail hours, including weekends. Regular travel within the assigned territory is required. Provide support on various projects and initiatives to help drive team and client success Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role, with a strong emphasis on both internal collaboration and external customer engagement Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Proven ability to deescalate high-pressure situations with professionalism Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone Quick decision-making and adaptability in dynamic environments Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Full-time positions also include a benefits package that includes vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, medical (with an HSA plan option), dental, vision and company paid Basic Life insurance, opportunity to enroll in Voluntary Life plans, Employee Assistance Program, 401K with employer match, employee referral program, home office stipend and opportunities for team building, growth, and development.
