This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through emails, calls, virtual meetings, and networking. • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers. • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in the CRM and provide accurate forecasting. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and sales materials. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and buyer needs. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches. • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Provide regular reports on performance, insights, and improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Must have reliable home office equipment (high-speed internet, computer/laptop, camera, headset). Preferred Qualifications • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). • Background in SaaS, tech, consulting, or related industries. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
