SkyWater has recently partnered with a growing, Minneapolis-based organization that has been around for over 35 years and continued to hire strong technical talent. This organization is a B-corp that offers solutions and services that help the betterment of society. This Agile Project Manager will work with the development team and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of internal and client-facing projects. This person will own sprint planning, coordinate workloads across the team, and create the structure and accountability needed for successful execution. Soft skills are very important as this is a close-knit team. Must be local to MN, and not require sponsorship.
