=Join Our Fortune 500 Tech Team as a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate! Location: Pico Rivera, CA Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr, with the opportunity to hire in at $21.50/hr plus union benefits We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our warehouse operations. Position Overview As a Record Center Specialist, you’ll be responsible for handling and organizing materials in a fast-paced setting. This is a physically active role that involves frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. You’ll move, arrange, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing from 24 lbs up to 100+ lbs, using both manual methods and material handling equipment. Work Schedule • Monday–Friday • 9-hour shifts (includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks) Key Responsibilities • Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately • Lift, carry, and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials • Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools • Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts • Use handheld scanners and proprietary systems to track orders and locate boxes • Climb ladders and work on varying surfaces, including inclines and stairs • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety standards Physical Requirements • Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods • Lift and carry boxes weighing 10–100 lbs without assistance • Comfortable working on uneven and concrete surfaces • Protective footwear required (must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards with slip-resistant rating “Better or Best”) Why Join Us? • Competitive pay with growth opportunities • Union benefits upon hire-in • Work with a Fortune 500 company in a collaborative environm Company DescriptionSkySource Solutions believes in attaining success.
