Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish) Location: Norcross, GA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm • Temp-to-Hire position* We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Entry Representative to support one of our clients in the interior design and building materials industry. This role involves assisting customers by phone and in person, processing orders, preparing quotes, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming customer calls to process orders, provide product information, and generate sales quotes. • Enter orders, claims, and returns accurately into the system. • Support outside sales representatives with customer inquiries and quote preparation. • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions, product selection, and order placement. • Maintain high standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. What We’re Looking For • Experience providing customer service by phone and/or in person in an office or showroom setting. • Strong general math skills and comfort working with precise measurements and calculations. • Excellent communication skills with a positive, professional approach to problem-solving. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Experience with AS400 or similar database systems • Fluency in Spanish to assist bilingual customers • Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs. when required. #ZR Company DescriptionAt SKL’D, we make job hunting easy, exciting, and full of possibilities.
