Warehouse Roles – Consolidator and Tote Auditor Pay: $17–$18/hr (based on shift) Shifts: Second and Third Type: Contract-to-Hire We’re hiring dependable warehouse workers for two roles: Consolidator and Tote Auditor. Both positions are hands-on, fast-paced, and key to keeping daily operations running smoothly in a high-volume distribution center. Consolidator (Order Picker) What you’ll do • Pick, pack, and consolidate customer orders • Build totes and pallets, label products, and stage shipments • Sort items, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory control • Load and unload trucks and break down inbound shipments • Work in ambient and refrigerated areas as needed What we’re looking for • Warehouse experience preferred • Experience with pallet jacks or reach trucks is helpful • Comfortable working at heights up to 25-30 feet • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift • Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits Tote Auditor What you’ll do • Audit totes to verify order accuracy before shipment • Correct errors and report discrepancies to the appropriate teams • Track and submit daily audit results • Perform random tote audits to measure accuracy • Communicate issues and help maintain low error rates What we’re looking for • Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills • Familiarity with warehouse processes and RF scanners • Able to read and interpret order documents • Good communication and basic math skills • Distribution or receiving experience preferred, but willing to train Join a team that values leadership, safety, and growth!
