What You’ll Be Doing Provide support to the sales and marketing department as directed, coordinating with other departments to ensure tasks are completed Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan assigned Maintain company and community websites by updating information, photos, and blog posts Manage and oversee company social media channels, including creating posts and videos Run and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and sales reports Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan, prepare, and send mailings and email campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all creative, digital, and graphic materials Organize and maintain projects and digital archives Assist in daily communications with community-level Administrators and Sales Associates Support consumers through online web chat Assist in organizing special events and projects as directed by Marketing Managers Perform other reasonable duties as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role (including internships) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and ability to learn CMS and CRM systems Proficiency with major social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut) Strong writing and communication skills Highly organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with flexibility for shifting priorities Customer Service-minded with a collaborative approach Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and digital advertising basics Why Choose Silverado?
