Job Summary This position leads daily operations and technical support for the clinician network, ensuring efficient management of forecasting, clinician and device placement, KPI tracking, and client escalations. This role oversees teams that analyze performance, support clinicians, and implement operational improvements, maintaining shared accountability with the Network Success team for service quality, especially in Diagnostic and Preventive Services. The Lead Director also collaborates with internal leaders to transition new products from pilot to steady-state operations and manages high-level escalations, aligning with executive leadership to ensure resolution. Primary Responsibilities • Lead the execution of all active and upcoming DPS programs ensuring operational excellence, on-time delivery, and alignment to strategic goals. • Incubate, pilot, and operationalize new services by guiding programs through the full lifecycle: service design, initial launch, expansion, and scale. • Oversee strategic planning and execution for new services, ensuring performance, timeline, and value targets are met or exceeded based on established business cases. • Own operational program development in close partnership with DPS and New Verticals Product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the program lifecycle. • Serve as the single operational point of contact for Product counterparts within the new Pod working model, ensuring clarity, accountability, and streamlined communication. • Manage all operations-related workstreams, applying standardized processes and project management best practices to track and advance programs through their respective stages. • Partner effectively with the New Service Enablement Manager and DPS Operations teams to scale, refine, and transition program execution efforts after initial launch and expansion phases. • Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and training to accelerate time to steady state for new programs and enhance overall operational efficiency. • Apply strategic thinking and convert transformative ideas into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. • Foster a culture that supports innovation, encourages thoughtful risk-taking, and values diverse perspectives Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant professional training or qualifications welcome • 10–15 years of relevant experience • Proven leadership in Program, Project, or Product roles, preferably in healthcare • Demonstrated success managing change and building strong relationships with executives, cross-functional teams, customers, and Product partners • Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in Dallas area) • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization and across functional boundaries • Track record of leading large, complex programs that integrate technology, process, and people-driven change. • Experience working across finance and technology teams • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior leadership • Strong problem-solving abilities, including navigating internal and external escalations • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; strong technical adaptability Preferred Qualifications • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • You are known for being a visible, results-driven, and agile leader who builds trust and follows through • High emotional intelligence and strong partnership-building skills • Highly self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to deliver in fast-paced environments with tight timelines Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
