This role requires a proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple teams. • Drive SDLC processes, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and client success teams to ensure seamless delivery. • Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Qualifications: • 7 10+ years of experience managing complex technology programs. • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines. • Experience in healthcare or dental technology is a plus.
