We provide small businesses with the capital they need to grow, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Administrative Assistant to support our daily finance, licensing, and operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining internal compliance, entering and updating syndication records, supporting payroll preparation, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working with financial data. Key Responsibilities • Enter and maintain syndication data accurately in company systems • Assist with state and local licensing renewals and compliance requirements • Prepare and enter payroll data on a weekly/biweekly schedule • Maintain internal records, digital files, and compliance documentation • Provide general administrative support to management and operations • Coordinate communication between internal departments as needed • Assist with special projects related to funding, reporting, and operations Qualifications • Prior administrative experience (finance or MCA industry preferred but not required) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required) and cloud-based platforms • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset • High level of integrity and confidentiality, especially with payroll and financial data Compensation Tiered Pay Structure: • Base Pay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour (depending on experience) • Performance Incentives: • Accuracy bonuses • Quarterly performance reviews with potential raises • Opportunity for advancement to Operations Coordinator / Finance Administrator Benefits: • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Professional development and training • Growth opportunities within the company Schedule • Monday–Friday • Full-time, on-site How to Apply Please submit your résumé and a brief cover letter explaining why you are an excellent fit for Shore Funding Solutions Inc.
