Job Role & Summary As an integral part of SERVPRO Construction, we are looking for a Project Manager with a focus on reconstruction to join our team. If you are passionate about bringing properties back to life, excel in managing projects from start to finish, and enjoy collaborating with both insurance adjusters and homeowners, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: • Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects, including defining scope, timeline, and budgets. • Use Xactimate software to prepare detailed and accurate estimates for reconstruction. • Collaborate closely with insurance adjusters to ensure project approval and resolve any disputes. • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, business owners, and clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project. • Identify, onboard, and oversee subcontractors and resource providers, ensuring quality work within timelines. • Negotiate terms with clients and adjusters while setting and managing clear expectations. • Monitor project progress, performing on-site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues. • Ensure all paperwork, permits, and compliance requirements are met for every project phase. • Manage costs effectively, documenting any scope changes, and maintaining accountability for budget performance. • Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on processes and standards. Qualifications: • 3+ years of reconstruction experience, with a focus on residential and commercial projects. • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software is a must. • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction techniques and processes. • 3+ years of project management experience, including leading teams and managing subcontractors. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly in working with insurance adjusters and clients. • Proven ability to manage budgets without compromising quality. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. • PMP certification is a plus but not required. • Valid driver’s license with 4 points or fewer.
