Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will excel in a high call volume environment, supporting our customers, technical teams, and service managers with professionalism and accuracy. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency • Open and update service requests and tickets • Provide timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries • Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), dispatching, and customer service • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Experience with AutoTask or other service dispatch management software preferred • Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic team player • Reliable transportation and ability to report onsite daily • Professional appearance and conduct Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm Salary: $17/hr Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work holiday shifts and extra hours as needed
