Lead and operationalize pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for B2B SaaS products, including commercialization, financial modeling, and cross-functional alignment.
Experience in B2B SaaS pricing and commercialization, proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and BI tools, strong leadership and communication skills, and preferred MBA or advanced quantitative degree.
Job Description: • Partner with the VP of Pricing and Packaging and Product leadership to define and operationalize a consistent framework for assessing monetization potential across innovations and investments. • Ensure business case development / pitches are grounded with monetization inputs grounded in customer value, willingness-to-pay, and revenue impact. • Guide portfolio and product teams in embedding monetization principles into innovation planning and stage-gate reviews. • Translate the VP of Pricing and Packaging’s vision into executable pricing, packaging, and commercialization guidelines, frameworks and strategies across product lines and verticals. • Lead NPI commercialization — pilots, launch playbooks, readiness reviews, and post-launch optimization. • Partner with IT, Revenue Ops, and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy, CPQ/billing readiness, and operational scalability. • Design and run pricing and elasticity experiments to test monetization hypotheses and improve launch economics. • Drive insights and reporting to monitor pricing health, adoption, ARR, and margin impact. • Lead cross-functional preparation for commercialization and pricing decision forums , ensuring proposals are data-driven and aligned with monetization frameworks. • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align GTM readiness, compensation, and enablement around new offers. • Mentor and scale a high-performing team; manage vendor relationships supporting pricing research and analytics. • Drive operational excellence across pricing systems, discount policies, and monetization governance.
