Positions Schedule • Wednesday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break) • M, Tu, Th, Fr: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break Job Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher that is positive, detail-oriented, and wants to join a successful team in Chantilly, VA. The CSR/Dispatcher's duties include but are not limited to: • Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule • Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician’s schedule as needed • Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements • Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency • Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base • Being a good teammate to coworkers • Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer Requirements • Previous experience in a call center • Must be able to type ~70 wpm • MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as within a team • Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively Remote Work Requirements SSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide: • High Speed internet • Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise Compensation • This job starting hourly is between $17-20/hr based on experience (negotiable based on experience) • There are a lot of commission opportunities for this position as well which average an additional $100-$1000+ per month Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD & Life Insurance • 401k retirement with match • 7 Paid Holiday’s per year • Paid Vacation & Personal Days • Continued education with periodic classes
