Our clients include ecommerce brands, B2B companies, and local service businesses that rely on search marketing to grow. If you love researching keywords, planning content calendars, and writing copy that drives real business results, this role is for you. About the Role: We’re hiring a Head of Content to lead content writing, strategy, execution, and quality across multiple clients. This is a hands-on position — writing will be a big part of your day. You’ll handle keyword research, content strategy, and creation of high-quality, search-driven content across blogs, collection pages, product pages, and landing pages. You’ll also edit and manage other writers, communicate directly with clients, and collaborate with our Technical SEO and Backlink teams to align strategies that drive measurable growth. Important: This is a US Eastern Time (EST) role. You must be available from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. What You’ll Do: • Write SEO-driven, sales-focused content across blogs, landing pages, collection pages, and product pages. • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities that align with each client’s goals. • Create content calendars and manage the ongoing production schedule. • Edit and improve content written by other team members to meet our standards for clarity, tone, and conversion. • Collaborate with Technical SEO and Backlink Managers to align on-site and off-site strategies. • Work directly with clients to present ideas, explain strategies, and review progress. • Manage and mentor writers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. • Track performance metrics such as rankings, engagement, and conversions. What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of experience in SEO content writing or content strategy, ideally in an agency environment. • Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and search-optimized copy for different business types. • Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization. • Excellent English writing and editing skills with a natural, engaging tone. • Experience managing other writers and maintaining editorial consistency. • Comfortable communicating directly with clients and explaining strategy. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. • Must be comfortable working full-time during EST hours. Compensation & Benefits: $5,000 USD/month, depending on experience. 100% remote, work from anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can align with EST hours.
