Role Overview We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals in Connecticut and surrounding areas who are ready to take control of their income and build a long-term career in financial services. No prior experience or degree is required we provide comprehensive training, study materials, and mentorship to help you prepare for your state licensing exam. Candidates are expected to take ownership of their professional development, including completing their state licensing process and setting up their business platform to begin writing policies once licensed.
