Now our future is full of ambitious new goals, features, and products that will enable us to further expand the solutions we provide to our users and accelerate our already fast growth in the K-12 and new vertical markets. We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused VP, Strategic Partnerships & Customer Experience to lead our partner ecosystem vision, elevate our customer journey, and help shape the company’s Go-To-Market and Product strategy. This role is a strategic leader who carries significant influence, visibility, and leadership responsibility across the organization. Customer Experience & Success • Serve as an executive-level point of contact for key customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion—acting as a hands-on IC with select strategic accounts. • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and customer journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. • Partner with GTM, Product, and Support teams to define and optimize customer experience standards and escalation processes. • Develop voice-of-customer insights and deliver recommendations that shape roadmap and GTM decisions. Cross-Functional Leadership • Act as a key leader within the GTM & Product organization. • Influence strategic planning, product direction, and market positioning. • Champion cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive messaging, Partner + Product integration success, and customer-centric decision-making. • Represent the company externally at industry events, partner forums, and customer briefings. Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software/SaaS strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem development. • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct customer success or account management experience (individual contributor). • Proven track record operating within growth-stage U.S. technology companies (Series A–D or similar). • Expertise in building partner go-to-market motions, negotiating strategic agreements, and supporting integration partnerships. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product-led growth dynamics, and revenue partnership structures. • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and executive-level influencing skills. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and operate as a hands-on leader.
