About Us: Schwartz Dairy Cafe is renowned for its freshly baked bread, delicious omelets among other breakfast and lunch items made with the finest ingredients. We are committed to providing our customers with a delightful experience every time they visit. Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. • Ring up purchases accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. • Accept payments in cash, credit, or debit cards and issue receipts. • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and prices. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station. • Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure smooth operations. • Cleaning and organizing product, inventory, paper and plastic goods. Requirements: • Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred. • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
