We already support restaurants across the U.S. and Asia and are rapidly expanding. We're now building our New York sales team. The Role We’re looking for Sales Managers in New York to help restaurants discover, adopt, and benefit from Scaling Reviews. This is a field-focused role: you’ll visit restaurants, build relationships with owners/managers, and run quick in-person demos showing how our tools increase visibility, improve ratings, and bring more customers. You’ll manage your own territory, close subscriptions, and earn 40% recurring commission on every client you bring in — one of the most generous structures in the industry. You will work directly with the founder, receive full training, and have long-term growth opportunities. Top performers may also receive equity and leadership pathways as we expand across the U.S. Growth Path & Equity Opportunities Our goal over the next year is to establish a strong U.S. presence. High-performing Sales Managers will have the opportunity to: • Move into Sales Director roles to lead the U.S. expansion • Build and manage a regional sales team • Receive equity options tied to performance and strategic involvement What You’ll Do • Build a strong understanding of Scaling Reviews and how it drives restaurant growth • Map, approach, and manage a New York sales territory • Conduct walk-in sales and deliver short, effective demos • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding • Work closely with the founder for support and closing strategy • Hit monthly targets and grow your recurring commissions • Share insights from the field to shape product and sales strategy What We're Looking For • Motivation to grow in sales; B2B, SaaS, or hospitality experience is a plus • Excellent communication and people skills • Self-driven, proactive, and resilient • Knowledge of New York’s restaurant scene (or eagerness to learn it quickly) • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline Nice to Have • Experience with restaurant tech or hospitality SaaS • Existing network in NYC’s F&B industry • Strong performance in previous commission-based roles Compensation • 40% recurring commission for every active client • High, uncapped earning potential • Flexible full-time or part-time structure • Clear paths to equity, Sales Director roles, and building your own sales team
