As a Consignment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and consigning exceptional vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers. Your sales expertise in premium automobiles, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will be invaluable in driving the success of our consignment program. Your role blends relationship management, sales expertise, and operational precision. You’ll help clients showcase their vehicles to a global audience while maintaining the discretion, professionalism, and service excellence that define the SBX brand. What You’ll Do: Use your sales skills to generate and develop new consignment clients by cold calling, online prospecting, networking, and working assigned leads Increase revenue by consigning and selling cars at auctions, post-auction sales, and private treaty sales Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with private collectors, dealers, and VIP clientsOh theye're here, Identify, evaluate, and consign vehicles for auction, guiding clients through each step with discretion and care Assess and advise on vehicle market values using collector-car data, trends, and your professional insight Guide clients through SBX Cars’ visual and editorial standards to ensure their listings meet the brand’s presentation and quality expectations Deliver concierge-level client experience through clear, thoughtful communication—building trust, strengthening long-term relationships, and inspiring clients to return to SBX Cars for future opportunities Collaborate across teams to deliver a smooth and timely auction experience Represent SBX Cars as a trusted ambassador at events, private viewings, and within the collector community What You’ll Bring Demonstrated and proven sales experience, preferably in luxury and collector cars Strong knowledge of the collector and high-end vehicle market, including pricing and current trends Comfort with cold calls and/or developing new relationships Knowledge of and experience in sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques A concierge mindset: patient, articulate, empathetic, and composed under pressure Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for presentation and detail Confidence managing multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential client relationships with discretion Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred) Prior experience in a luxury car dealership, broker, or auction environment (preferred) This is a fully remote role, but you must have the legal right to work in the USA to be eligible.
