Real Innovative Capital (RIC-ORG) Real Innovative Capital (RIC-ORG) is hiring for its SOS Now division in both California and Atlanta. The SOS Now division is powered by our proprietary RIR Income Engine, the system we use to evaluate properties and determine how much income they can generate through our solar-based revenue programs. This role is designed for sharp communicators who want flexible hours, real income upside, and a clear path to grow inside a modern, AI-enabled sales environment. This is not entry-level. This is not door-knocking. This is not installation work. This is a professional intake role guiding property owners through a structured solar income evaluation workflow. Role: RIR Intake Specialist (Inside/Outside Sales) You’ll speak with prospects, set appointments, follow up, and represent the SOS Now division during occasional in-person interactions. You’ll use the RIR Income Engine to move prospects through a streamlined intake process that converts interest into scheduled evaluations.
