Duties • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately. • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. • Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing details. • Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management review. • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly. • Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, confidentiality, and service standards. Skills • Proven experience in hotel front desk operations. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively. • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone operations. • Familiarity with guest relations strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction. • Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
