San Francisco Naturals, Inc. is a leader in B2B wholesale distribution. With thousands of satisfied clients relying on us as their top distributor of food and beverage products, it’s no surprise we’ve become the most in-demand supplier in Northern California. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team, focusing on purchase orders, inventory analysis, AP data entry, and ERP (Encompass) software management. This role is critical in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records, inventory control, and supplier communications. Required Qualifications & Experience • High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred. • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting). • Prior experience in AP data entry, purchasing, or inventory management. • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Encompass software strongly preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy. • Customer service experience and strong written/verbal communication skills. • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills. • Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Create, process, and manage purchase orders. • Perform inventory data entry and reconciliation for accuracy. • Enter and maintain accounts payable (AP) transactions • Apply customer payments into company software (Encompass ERP) • Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify discrepancies or stock concerns. • Email customers open invoices and follow up on past-due accounts. • Generate and send weekly reports to the sales team regarding collections. • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow. • Work independently while contributing to team success. Compensation • Hourly Rate: $19 – $21, based on experience. • Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Benefits Package • Opportunity for advancement. • 401(k) with company contribution. • Medical insurance. • Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months. • Company-paid holidays.
