A company is looking for a Strategic Program Manager - Global Support PMO. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional project portfolios • Shape program strategy using insights from business priorities and industry trends • Integrate AI solutions into program processes to enhance scalability and accuracy Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • 7+ years of project/program management, management consulting, or business operations experience • PMP certification and/or advanced education in Project or Program Management is preferred • Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products • Proven track record in a global Customer Support or Customer Operations organization
