Job Overview The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals for SALTT. This role will involve developing digital and print assets, ensuring all creative aligns with brand guidelines, and working closely with the Creative Director to execute innovative design strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, experience in digital, print media, and web, and a passion for storytelling through design. Key Responsibilities Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Storytelling Dig into the “why” before jumping into the “what.” Strategy and storytelling come first, design second. Design as a system, not a single moment—creating cohesion across web, social, packaging, and everything in between. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement. Develop solutions that merge design thinking, storytelling, and problem‑solving to create purposeful, connected work. Visual Design & Branding Design visually compelling assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, websites, landing pages, packaging, and product imagery. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials. Collaborate with the marketing, content, affiliate, and eCommerce teams to ensure that all visuals align with business objectives and enhance user experience. Oversee and take responsibility for projects from concept to delivery to analysis. Campaign & Project Execution Work with the Creative Director to develop concepts, moodboards, and designs for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Translate creative briefs into visual concepts that reflect both brands' identities and resonate with target audiences. Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. Digital & Print Media Design Create and optimize digital assets for web, email, and social media platforms, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to platform‑specific guidelines. Design print materials such as brochures, packaging, and event signage for marketing and event purposes. Work closely with the creative team and the rest of the marketing teams to ensure all design efforts align with overarching brand strategies. Communicate design rationale and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to seek feedback throughout the design process, and implement feedback effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging design technologies. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print media. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools such as Figma. Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, typography, and color theory. Experience working within established brand guidelines while also contributing to the evolution of a brand’s visual identity. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
