Position Overview: Responsible for leading and developing the carrier sales team to secure capacity, drive profitability, and ensure operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in executing strategic initiatives, building long-term carrier relationships, and driving performance through coaching, process improvement, and data analysis – all in line with customer expectations and company strategy. Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and between internal departments. • Knowledge of transportation regulations, industry trends, and market dynamics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and transportation management systems. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times (e.g., laptop, presentation materials) • Ability to communicate clearly via phone, video, and in-person meetings Pay & Benefits Salary range from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience Position is also bonus eligible.
