Safran Landing Systems Wheel & Brake Services is a licensed FAA repair facility providing rapid-response aircraft wheel and brake repairs with facilities in Milwaukee, WI, Miami, FL, Bethlehem, PA, Grand Prairie, TX, and Las Vegas, NV. Summary This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently dismounting the tire from the wheel along with cleaning and blasting of wheel and wheel hardware. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Disassembles wheels to standard operating procedures. • Verifies records and documentation of product. • Uses computer hardware and software to maintain product flow. • Ensures that products processed at disassembly are completed and flowed to next production station. • Prepares documentation once task is complete. • Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of staff from different departments effectively. • Well-developed interpersonal skills that promote and foster a team culture. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in order to prioritize workload according to business demands. • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. • General computer knowledge. • Strong attention to detail required. Required Education and Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Experience in production and manufacturing environment preferred.
