Role Description This is a volunteer, remote role for a Clinic Professional at Saabsa Solutions. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of healthcare automation tools, providing technical and operational assistance to healthcare providers, and contributing to process optimization. The role may also involve analyzing data trends, supporting user onboarding for SaaS platforms, and offering insights to improve patient care delivery using Saabsa Solutions products. Qualifications • Experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or healthcare technology • Knowledge of process optimization and proficiency in data analysis • Strong technical and communication skills, including the ability to guide software users • Understanding of SaaS platforms and interest in healthcare automation tools • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with virtual teams • Commitment to volunteering and contributing to innovative healthcare solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems
