Role Description We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. The Administrative Assistant will provide daily support to the office by managing permitting, maintaining records, and assisting with clerical tasks. This on-site role requires excellent organizational skills and a high level of professionalism to ensure smooth office operations and efficient support for the team. Duties • Manage permitting process for projects on a national basis • Detailed client reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems • Assist in weekly project reporting to the client • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and collaboration • Conduct proofreading to ensure all correspondence and documents are error-free • Assist with special projects as needed • Provide administrative support to various departments or team members as needed • Support office management initiatives to improve efficiency and workflow processes Qualifications • Understanding of permitting processes and construction terminology • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to details • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry software • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional etiquette • Ability to manage time effectively through prioritization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail for reading documents and maintaining accurate records • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while supporting office operations
