Company Description Full service RCM. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical A/R Collections Specialist located in Arlington, TX. The role involves managing accounts receivable collections, following up on unpaid or denied claims, and ensuring compliance with payment policies. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with healthcare providers, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives. Qualifications • Knowledge of medicine and specialties such as cardiology, orthopedic surgery, and neurology. • Understanding of treatment processes and medical procedures related to these fields. • Proficiency in medical billing, insurance claim management, and accounts receivable processes. • Strong analytical skills to resolve billing discrepancies and denials effectively. • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus. • Experience with medical practice management or billing software is preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical billing or collections are an advantage.
