AR Water Mitigation Collections Specialist $50–55K + Bonus | Full Benefits | Growth Opportunity Join our highly performing $10M Water Mitigation Team as an AR Water Collections Specialist. We need someone who understands the industry, knows how to work with adjusters, and can drive quick file turnaround to ensure fast, clean payment. Who You Are: • 2+ years of water mitigation experience • Xactimate experience (2+ years) • Proven results in AR collections or insurance claim follow-up • Strong communication skills with adjusters and customers • Team player who takes ownership and stays organized What You’ll Do: • Fully own your AR files from start to finish • Push files through quickly with tight follow-up and clean documentation • Work directly with adjusters to remove roadblocks and secure fast payment • Review estimates and documentation to ensure accuracy and maximize what is owed—no unnecessary write-downs or giving revenue away • Collaborate with a multi-person AR team for support and consistency • Protect margins by ensuring the full, justified amount billed is collected What We Offer: • Up to $55K base salary • Bonus potential • PTO + paid holidays • Medical and dental benefits • Supportive, high-energy team environment If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and committed to getting claims paid in full and fast, we want to talk!
